    Many people struggle to maintain mindfulness and meditation practices in their spare time, so Genuine + Kind brings the practice to your team - wherever you are.

    Classes can be provided daily, weekly or monthly. All classes are non-religious and customized to your business. 30, 45, or 60 minutes.

    We helped stressed-out and scattered teams stay together during trying times. Our workshops are tailored specifically for companies with employees working remotely or hybrid.

30-Day Meditation Challenge Whether your business goal is to improve emotional and physical resilience, cognitive functioning, productivity, or focus, we can customize the program to the needs of your organization. Each day, your team member will receive a 10-minute guided meditation.

12-Week Mindful Leader Program A longer program is great for providing custom-tailored mindfulness training. Just like a personal trainer, the Mindful Leader Program works directly with your team to hone their leadership skills on a weekly basis. Each week, our classes always open up with an intention, a short educational presentation or fun fact, followed by a meditation of 20 minutes, depending on the class length. Daily meditation is recommended. Two of the classes are dedicated to group discussions to allow teams to collaborate and mind-share.

Virtual Meditation Classes As the pandemic continues to change the workplace, we are still committed to reaching as many offices (and home offices) as possible! All classes have been specifically designed with a corporate audience in mind, no crystals or candles here! The content is secular and does not reference any specific religion or spirituality.

Our meditation classes always open up with an intention, and mindful discussion point, followed by a meditation of 10-20 minutes, depending on the class length.
