Founded in 2021 by Sonya Lee, Genuine+Kind is a conscious consulting business on a mission to transform stressed-out companies by training executives and employees in emotional intelligence and awareness.
Meet Our Founder, Sonya Lee
Sonya Lee is a veteran user/customer experience leader whose career spans fields such as finance, healthcare, entertainment, wellness, and technology. As a mentor, she has advised startups, mid-sized companies, and enterprises on innovation, culture, and collaboration working alongside CEOs to achieve their next level.
Over the course of two decades in the software industry, she has synthesized a suite of strategies for harnessing the power of kindness, empathy, and compassion to help organizations thrive from the inside out. She founded Genuine+Kind in order to share these strategies with conscious businesses.
When not leading workshops, she enjoys mindfulness meditation, being in nature, and hosting roundtable dinner salons because our minds deserve a chance to play, too!

A successful mindfulness practice, even if 5 minutes a day, can happen when we consistently take small steps with the help of friendly encouragement.
